Elisa is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience working in the Salt Industry, holding pivotal roles with Dampier Salt at the Lake MacLeod Operations including Supervisor, Superintendent, and Operations Manager.

With a background in environmental biology and education, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her leadership roles, consistently driving operational excellence and safety standards. Elisa is known for her strategic approach to project and incident management, as well as her commitment to fostering positive team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.

Elisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary), both from Curtin University. She has continually invested in her professional development, acquiring certifications in areas such as Health Care, Workplace Health & Safety, Training & Assessment, and Business Management. Additionally, she has undergone specialised training in incident investigation, injury management, and pathology specimen collection, further enriching her skill set and knowledge base.
