Leichhardt is committed to producing salt using sustainable and environmentally responsible technologies and methods.
Solar salt allows for sustainable and environmentally conscious production. Our operations derive 98% of the energy required to crystallise the salt from sunlight and wind energy.

Climate Change
Leichhardt is committed to driving reductions in greenhouse gas emissions towards net zero.
We accept the need to limit the increase in global average temperature to no more than 1.5ā° above pre-industrial levels and recognise the challenges to mitigate and adapt to climate change. We will put policy into practice, striving for net zero emissions by 2050.
