Simon Hodge is an experienced senior executive with mining, finance, investment banking and corporate advisory expertise.  He has extensive experience in project finance, equity capital markets, board reporting & compliance.   Simon has been actively engaged in finance, corporate, commercial, marketing, project development and operating functions in his current and previous executive roles.

Simon was previously CFO and Head of Commercial for BCI Minerals, leading a $1.5B funding package for the Mardie Salt and Potash Project. He was also a founder and director of an ASX listed online movie streaming company and had 10 years in investment banking roles at JP Morgan (London) and Poynton & Partners.

Simon joined Leichhardt as a consultant in October 2023 assisting with the acquisition and integration of Lake MacLeod and commenced as CFO in February 2025.
